01 / Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Intlix Intelligence Layer, you agree to comply with our established operational protocols. These terms govern your interaction with our AI agents, cloud infrastructure, and technical assets.

02 / Intellectual Property

All proprietary algorithms, model weights, and neural architectures deployed within the Intlix ecosystem remain the exclusive property of Intlix. User-specific data outputs are subject to our cross-sector licensing agreements.

03 / System Integrity

Any attempt to reverse-engineer, infiltrate, or degrade the performance of the Intelligence Layer will result in immediate termination of access. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding cryptographic tampering.

04 / Limited Liability

While we strive for absolute precision, Intlix provides frontier services "as-is." We are not liable for unforeseen emergent behaviors in highly autonomous agent systems or global distribution outages.
